What should I expect?
You should expect an 8 week experience. Being surrounded by previous Healthy Hebets Clients, rallying together keeping health a priority through the holiday season. You will have access to workouts, meal plan, a community, and your coach. This experience will be different than our one on one coaching. This will be a group experience. Your Coach will still expect you to individually check in, by sending in your weight and your Challenge Weekly Check List each week. Bonus is having the community to trade meal ideas, encourage each other, and win the Challenge.
Challenge Winner!
This Challenge has a two part cost. A registration fee of $194 and an additional $50 buy-in to participate. The total amount of this 8 Week Challenge will cost $244. The $50 will go into a community pot. Half of this will be given to the winner. The other half we will be donating to an amazing nonprofit called One ATTA Time. (More information on One ATTA Time is on my giving page.) We are calling this "Win Half, Give Half." We are excited for you all to experience our new Challenge experience. The Winner will be determined by the most community check in's, most coach checklists completed, all weigh in's completed, completion of before and after pictures with measurements, most walks in & workouts completed, most water completion, and lastly most weight and body fat dropped portioned to body, so it gives and even opportunity across the board.
