We have received all your information. 


Your final step is to read the rules and guidelines of the Weight Loss Challenge. 

Rules & Guidelines

1. You must have all your starting measurements, weight, body fat, and pictures turned no later than Start of Challenge.

2. Each Monday morning you will submit your check in here. Your check in goes to me (your coach) and is private.

3. You will post on your Circle Group your weekly completion sheet.

4. Everyday you will complete what your check lists says, so complete at least a 15 minute walk, the workout of the day, and foods on plan, and drink a gallon of water each day. 

5. Finally Your Final Weight, Body Fat, Measurements, will be due on the final Monday. I will be sending you a link that weekend for completion. I will tally up everyones results and later that week announce the winner. 

 

Community Engagement (optional): 

Week One: 

  • Share on our private  community what area are you from.
  • Find your Circle. (2 to 4 People)

Week Two: 

  • Finalize your Circle. 
  • Share your Story with your Circle (Goals & Why this challenge) 

Week Three: 

  • Report Lessons Learning (Up date your Circle what you are learning) 

Week Four: Up the Ante (optional)

  • Moving Forward it will cost you $50 for any meals off plan and missed workouts (3 Weight Workouts Mandatory) The $50 will be split evenly with your Circle according to your Circle size) 

Week Five: 

  • Share your favorite Meal with your Circle
  • Share what has been meaningful to your Circle so far. 

Week Six: 

  • Share with your Circle what you have seen in the past that got in your way. 
  • Share with your Circle what tool that we are practicing that has helped overcome that. 

Week Seven: 

  • What has this Circle and Challenge given you while staying committed to your health. 
  • Share with your Circle a tip that you use to stay focused. 
  • Share with your Circle another go to meal with your circle.

Week Eight: 

  • Share with your Circle what has been your biggest take away?
  • Share with your Circle what are you proud of? 
  • Share with your Circle what do you want to see yourself accomplish Next?
