Introducing the Summer Shred Win & Give Weight Loss Challenge - a unique opportunity for you to transform your life while also making a positive impact in the world!
Here's the concept: With each entry, $100 from every participant's fee is contributed to a communal pot. The victor of the challenge not only wins half of this pot but also gets to select a 501(c)(3) charity from the list below to receive the remaining half.
Upon the winner's selection, Healthy Hebets will take care of donating the winner's share to the chosen charity on their behalf.

During your 8-week experience, you'll be surrounded by a supportive group of like-minded individuals who are also on a mission to prioritize their health and wellness. Together, you'll sweat, laugh, and encourage each other every step of the way.
With access to our top-notch workouts, meal plans, and a dedicated coach, you'll have everything you need to make progress and reach your goals. And don't forget about the community! You'll have the opportunity to connect with other members, share meal ideas, and provide each other with that extra boost of motivation when you need it most.
While this experience is different than our one-on-one coaching, you can still expect personalized attention from your coach. They'll check in with you individually each week to monitor your progress and provide guidance as needed. Plus, you'll have the added benefit of sharing your successes with the group and celebrating each other's wins.
So, if you're ready to step into summer feeling confident, energized, and empowered, join us for this 8-week experience. We can't wait to see you thrive!
Rules & Guidelines
1. You must have all your starting measurements, weight, body fat and pictures at the Start of the challenge.
2. Each Monday morning you will submit your check in to Jeremy. (you will receive a link to do this digitally - easy peasy)
3. Everyday you will check off the list on your completion sheet:
- 15 minute walk minimum
- workout (unless a rest day)
-Â ate foods on plan
- drank a gallon of waterÂ
4. Each week you will post your weekly completion sheet.
5. Finally Your Final Weight, Body Fat, Measurements and pictures will be due on the final Monday.
Jeremy will tally up everyones results and later that week announce the winner.Â
